GIANT OCEANIC SUCCESS will look for candidates. Furthermore, we do screening process 2 times :
- Screening over their resumes and other supporting documents
- Interview with Giant Oceanic Success and candidates. This is tentative process that can be discussed between Giant Oceanic Success and Client. Either our client wants to interview directly with them to shorten time or we should interview them first
- GIANT OCEANIC SUCCESS
Giant Oceanic Success will moot online interview schedule with client and candidates and provide interview for them thru online platfrom, Zoom
- GIANT OCEANIC SUCCESS TO CLIENT
After interview, Giant Oceanic Success will provide client with ‘interview summary’, that is consisted of expected salary, joining date and interview recording of candidates to ease client deciding
- CLIENT
Client will make a final decision refers to candidates’ status. If there is no any shortlisted candidate, Giant Oceanic Success will propose another resumes to the client
- CLIENT TO GIANT OCEANIC SUCCESS
If there are shortlisted candidates, Client get to send employment contract to Giant Oceanic Success to sign by the shortlisted ones
- GIANT OCEANIC SUCCESS
Giant Oceanic Success will revert the signed contract back to client, in consort with shortlisted candidates’ contact numbers
- GIANT OCEANIC SUCCESS
Giant Oceanic Success will send invoice to client
- CLIENT TO GIANT OCEANIC SUCCESS
Client will pay invoice to Giant Oceanic Success with maximum payment is one month from the shortlisted candidates’ joining date
